Basic Health Training

December 15, 2022
A total of 50 participants will attend training, discussion and practice of basic health knowledge and first aid for minor accidents.
Last July, in the first phase, together with local partners and several resource persons in charge of health and traditional medicine in East Sumba, we collected information related to Basic Health Training activities. This activity will be focused on teachers and volunteers in East Sumba. This is motivated by cases of minor accidents that cause fatal illnesses in children aged 6 to 12 years.

With support from the Fair Future Foundation, we have completed the preparation of the modules and preparation for the second phase of activities. Teaching Modules, Children’s Modules, and First Aid packages for Basic Health Training classes to be held in Waingapu this December.

A total of 50 participants will attend training, discussion and practice of basic health knowledge and first aid for minor accidents. Look forward to our next story about this activity.
