Friends, have you used your yard to fill your dining table? We can, you can too

Friends, have you used your yard to fill your dining table?

Let’s take a peek at the backyard of the Kambera House which is full of fresh vegetables that are ready to harvest and some have become delicious and healthy meals on the dinner table.

Fulfillment of family nutrition can be started from the yard of the house itself. Vegetables that are definitely fresh and do not contain many chemical drugs.

Today we harvest lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and big chili… we pick enough for lunch. Take the time to go to the market to stop by to buy pumpkin, petatas (sweet potato) and fish as friends on a plate.

Let’s enjoy today’s healthy eating menu from the Kambera House yard.

We can, you can too…
