Program Manager

The assignment of responsibilities

Create, plan & monitor program implementation
Identify risks & resolve problems
Create & manage program budgets with the finance team
Project monitoring & evaluation to ensure sustainability
Program documentation & reporting
Ensure objectives and program output results are as expected

Condition

Have a leadership spirit & ready to work as a team
Having experience working in the social sector and leadership is considered
Creative & innovative in problem-solving
Have general management skills (planning, organizing, directing, prioritizing, and monitoring to achieve predetermined goals)
Can collaborate actively & effectively with foundation members at all levels & across departments
Willing to perform tasks outside the area
