ayasan Kawan Baik Indonesia or Kawan Baik Indonesia Foundation (referred to as “KBI” or “we” or “us”) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization registered in Indonesia under the name Yayasan Kawan Baik Indonesia (Kawan Baik Indonesia Foundation) with charity registration (Tanda Daftar Yayasan Sosial) no. 570/STDY/0003/II/DPMPTSP/2025 and SK Izin PUB no. 344/HUK-PS/2021. We operate the website https://kawanbaikindonesia.org/ (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. By confirming on the Website that you wish to donate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
Donation Services
We will use your donation at our discretion, but within our stated objectives. tujuan yang kami tetapkan.
All payments through the Website are to be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) by payment card, bank transfer, direct debit, or e-money. We also accept donations by cheque. Cheques can be made payable to Yayasan Kawan Baik Indonesia (Kawan Baik Indonesia Foundation) and sent to Jl. Amintasari No. 5B, Sanur Kauh, Denpasar Selatan 80227, Bali, Indonesia. Please note that we only accept payment by cash if handed to a KBI employee from the finance department, from whom you will, in return, receive a receipt.
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation, your transaction will be processed through our payment gateway, Doku. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation, you authorize Doku to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.

Unauthorised card use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
Transaction Fees
Your financial institutions do not charge minor transaction fees for donations. These fees are derived from the donation amount and may vary up to 5% of the donation amount.
Receipts
When you make a payment to KBI, we will email you a receipt containing your donation. You are responsible for keeping copies of these receipts for your records.
Refund policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Information from you
Before we can process a donation, you must provide us with your name, address, and email address, and details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, Doku, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Doku's terms and conditions to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.
We won’t share your details with any other third party other than as set out in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

The KBI encourages you to read the privacy policy statements of these linked sites; their privacy practices may differ from ours. The KBI has appropriate security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access to the information we collect online. All personal information given to KBI is processed via a trusted third party and will be kept private within the organization, for the sole use of the organization.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, in no event will KBI be liable to you for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, cost of substitute goods or services, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer and/or device or technology failure or malfunction or for any form of direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages based on any causes of action arising out of any alleged failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in service, operation or transmission of the Website or any alleged computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of property and/or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of or posting of any record, content or technology, pertaining to or on the Website. You agree that this limitation of liability applies whether such allegations are for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or fall under any other cause of action, regardless of the basis upon which liability is claimed and even if The KBI has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you also specifically acknowledge that HH Indonesia is not liable for any actual or alleged defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users of the Website or any other third parties.
