Laindatang Water Connections - Phase III is part of an ongoing effort to provide reliable and sustainable access to clean water for the community of Dusun Laindatang, Desa Mbatakapidu. Phase III focuses on providing an alternative water source through well drilling, as an effort to meet the community's need for better and sustainable water supply.

However, to date, the main step in this project, which is well drilling, has faced significant challenges. Drilling activities have been conducted at three different locations over the past seven months, with the aim of finding a suitable water source as an alternative clean water supply with good quality. Unfortunately, all three attempts have not achieved the expected results.

Various challenges, such as the presence of hollow soil, casing pipe blockage, and failure to reach the aquifer, have been the main obstacles in the drilling process. These challenges have not only delayed the project's progress but also highlighted the need for a more strategic and adaptive approach to address the technical complexities encountered.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of the efforts made, the challenges faced at each drilling location, and the strategic steps planned to ensure the sustainability of the project moving forward.
